Active Sourcing means proactively reaching out to candidates who are not actively looking for a job – based on their profile information, qualifications and availability. HunterHead is preparing this search in a data protection compliant way.
Active Sourcing is suitable for employers who want to:
Candidate profiles are only displayed when visibility has been granted. No contact details without explicit consent.
The Active Sourcing search is based on the candidate search prepared in Block 27. Profiles are only visible when candidates have set their visibility to "public" or "matched only". No phone numbers, email addresses or full names are displayed.
Contact is only made after the candidate has agreed to an inquiry request. The system is designed so that unsolicited messages cannot be sent. GDPR compliant according to Art. 5, 6, 32 GDPR.
