Create a job posting in the HunterHead Job Portal or use an existing one. All relevant data like title, location, work hours and requirements are stored.

2 Define your audience

Together we determine which region, age group or industry to target – tailored to your open position.

3 Prepare the campaign

We prepare the campaign for social channels. Ad copy, visuals and targeting settings are aligned with your job.

4 Receive applications

Interested candidates go directly to your job posting and can apply – classic or via Smart Apply. You keep track in your cockpit.

Campaign management notice

Direct campaign management via API is being prepared. Currently, requests and implementation are handled through consultation and personal contact. No external accounts are connected and no automated campaigns are delivered.
